STATE: FJr th~RDSS Phase II reservoir coverage map, identify locations for a
maximum f three gregated reservoir nodes __
~ -~,.--...
RTIWR: Modi the STATEMOD input file to include up tQ three aggregated reservoic:::>
nodes with wo account per reservoir and locate these nodes within the Phase III model
network. The operatioruil account for each of the aggregated reservoir nodes would have
a capacity estimated as one UWd of the cwnulative net absolute storage decree for the basin,
The non-operational account for each of the three aggregated reservoir nodes would have
a capacity detennined as one-third of the cumulative basin stock pond capacity in the basin:...--;,..-:;
RTIWR: Assign an area capacity curve for each of the aggregated reservoir nodes based .J ~?
on an existing reservoir in the basin of equal size or engineering judgement. The operational account would be released to the river: 25 %
during July, 50% during August, and 25% during September. The same 10 administration number classes as determined through the
analysis of the irrigation diversion rights will be used. Each decree weighted administration
nwnber will fIn both accounts (operational and non-operational) for each of the aggregated
reservoir nodes. The cumulative decree amount for each of the administration number
classes will be divided by three and represented at each of the aggregated reservoir nodes,
Create a basin report summarizing the number of water rights included in the aggregation,
the swn of decrees on aggregated water rights, and the number of water rights. (the format
of the basin summary report will be identical to the report generated for irrigation
structures)
STATE: Document the determination of aggregated reservoir/stock pond nodes, their
associated decree weighted administration numbers, their location in the Phase III network,
their physical capacities, end-of-month content, and monthly targets in a 4-6 page draft
memorandum.
