A copy of the map
produced in Subtask 2,03 should be included, It is expected that the memo will be 3 pages
or less in length, excluding the figure and table,

Make the Draft Task Memorandum available to the Division Engineer for his review, Hold
a meeting or teleconference with him to review the administration classes. Inclusion of aggregated structure nodes in the model will not impact the return
flow location of Phase II diversions.

Approach:
1. RTIWR: For each aggregated irrigation structure, select one of the three return flow
patterns to represent timing of return flow. The selection, which will be subjective, will be
based on Proximity to a channel that can conduct water back to the river.
2. STATE: For each aggregated structure, select a return flow node based on inspection of the
maps produced in Task 2.02, In most cases, the next downstream node will receive all
return flows; however, there may be cases in which flow enters the stream further
