RTIWR: Run watright for the entire White River Basin using a command file. The <br />command file will include the explicitly modeled structures from Phase II as well as the <br />aggregated groups, The command file will also include the 10 administration number <br />classes as input. <br />2, STATE: Document in a draft memo the determination of aggregated parameters for the <br />aggregated structures. The 1-2 page memo will include the basin summary report generated <br />by watright. RTI will provide written comments on the draft memo before finalization. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />1.
