<br />0018J7 <br /> <br />2525.04 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />TITLE 2500 - WATERSHED MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />2525.04 - Responsibilities <br /> <br />2525.04a - Regional Foresters. All Regional Foresters <br />shall establish Regional gUidelines for monitoring of soil <br />and water resources, and watershed conditions. Include <br />those guidelines in Regional and Forest plans. <br /> <br />2525.04b - Forest Supervisors. All Forest Supervisors <br />shall ensure the interdisciplinary development of a <br />monitoring plan, before monitoring begins. <br /> <br />2525.1 - Monitoring plan. The plan should include: <br /> <br />1. Clear statements of objective, including data <br />accuracy requirements, collecting procedures, and <br />analytical standards and procedures. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />2. A list of selected projects to be monitored, <br />coordinated with monitoring needs specified in the Forest <br />and project plans. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3. The instrumentation, measurement, analysis, and <br />reporting program. <br /> <br />4. The general time schedule for implementation. <br /> <br />5. Provision for periodic evaluation of the monitoring <br />to determine if parameters measured and frequency of <br />sampling meet planned objectives. <br /> <br />6. A schedule for equipment maintenance. <br /> <br />7. Contingency plans in case of breakdown of instru- <br />mentation. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />a. Instruction for reporting when data indicates major <br />deviation from standards. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />9. Estimated yearly financial requirements. <br />10.
