Establish Regional procedures for evaluating the <br />effectiveness of applied rehabilitation measures. <br /> <br />5. Transmit the final accomplishment report FS-2500-8, <br />Burned Area Report, Washington Office, as per instructions <br />in FSH 2509.13. <br /> <br />6. Annually update through regional supplement to FSH <br />2509.13, Burned-Area Emergency Rehabilitation Handbook, <br />table 1 - Compound Interest and Annuity Table. <br /> <br />2523.04c - Forest Supervisors. Forest Supervisors shall: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />1. Perform an interdisciplinary team burned-area <br />survey of class E (300 acres) and larger fires using <br />procedures in FSH 2509.13. <br /> <br />2. <br />Report, <br />control <br /> <br />Submit an initial Form FS-2500-8, Burned-Area <br />to the Regional Forester within 3 days after <br />of the fire. <br /> <br />3. Ensure compatibility of emergency rehabilitation <br />treatments with long-range improvement needs. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />4. Report project accomplishments by transmitting <br />final Form FS-2500-8, Burned Area Report, to the Regional <br />Forester. <br /> <br />5. Conduct post-treatment evaluation of projects to <br />determine if emergency rehabilitation measures have met the <br />planned objectives and are being properly maintained. <br /> <br />2523.04d - District Rangers. District Rangers shall: <br /> <br />1. Install or ensure that the fire suppression organi- <br />zation promptly installs necessary remedial measures on <br />areas damaged by suppression activities. <br /> <br />2. Install approved and funded emergency rehabilita- <br />tion measures on fire-damaged areas. <br /> <br />3. Monitor conditions on burned-over areas and main- <br />tain rehabilitation measures to keep them functioning as <br />designed and built. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />*-FSM 3/86 AMEND 48-* <br /> <br />e <br />
