Use <br />watershed condition classes, by acres, to provLde an inte- <br />grated expression of the health and trends of the basic <br />soil and water resources. <br /> <br />, <br />2521.11b - Resources Planning Act (RPA) Program. Watershed <br />condition classes, by acres, shall be an output for each <br />RPA program alternative. The Watershed Improvement Needs Inventory <br />(FSH 2509.15) is one source of information when reporting <br />watershed condition. <br /> <br />2522 - WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT. Watershed improvement <br />includes all work associated with resource improvement prac- <br />tices implemented to improve watershed condition. These <br />practices may be implemented for the rehabilitation of land <br />degraded to the pOint where natural recovery will not occur <br />within the time limits of economic, social, and resource <br />demands, and also watershed protection measures implemented <br />by resource managers to improve existing natural conditions <br />when time is not a limiting factor.
