Develop criteria and standards for classifying <br />watershed condition for the RPA assessment and program <br />development. <br /> <br />~. Develop criteria for determining and displaying <br />watershed condition trends in RPA assessment and program. <br /> <br />2521.04b - Regional Foresters. Regional Foresters shall: <br /> <br />1. Develop and approve appropriate contracts, coop- <br />erative agreements and memorandums of understanding with <br />multi-county and state level agencies and groups when in <br />the public interest. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />2. Develop guidelines and procedures for assessing and <br />monitoring watershed condition and trend. <br /> <br />3. Determine how watershed condition shall be inte- <br />grated in Regional, Forest, and project planning processes. <br /> <br />4. On the basis of economic and environmental analy- <br />sis, identify opportunities for improving and maintaining <br />watershed condition. <br /> <br />e' <br /> <br />2521.04c - Forest Supervisors. Forest Supervisors shall: <br /> <br />1. Coordinate resource management -activities on <br />National Forest System lands to attain watershed management <br />Db ject ives. <br /> <br />2. <br />viduals <br />ment on <br /> <br />Cooperate with other agencies, groups, and <br />whose plans or proposals concern watershed <br />National Forest System lands. <br /> <br />indi- <br />manage- <br /> <br />3.
