If Grantee permits public ingress and egress to such portion of <br />the easement area, then Grantee shall so maintain and operate such <br />portion of the easement area for purposes of ingress and egress in such <br />a manner that the operation thereof will in no way hinder ,or prevent <br />Grantor, its successors and assigns, from the proper and reasonable use <br />and enjoyment of the easement area. <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />5. If Grantee permits public ingress and egress to such portion of <br />the easement area, then Grantee agrees to assist Grantor, its successors <br />and assigns, in correcting conditions resulting from public access which <br />are detrimental to Grantor, its successors and assigns. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />6. If Grantee permits public egress and ingress to such portion of <br />the easement area, then Grantee shall, where possible and environmen- <br />tally acceptable, place, empty and maintain appropriate and adequate <br />trash barrels, receptacles and other similar facilities for use by <br />members of the public. Grantee shall also: (i) remove all trash, <br />garbage and debris from such portion of the easement area set aside for <br />public access as well as from other portions of the easement area where <br />trash, garbage and debris result from public ingress and ~Jress and <br />shall keep all such areas free and clear of such trash, garbage and <br />debris; (ii) dispose of such trash, garbage and debris in areas other <br />than the easement area, and (iii) construct and maintain signs requiring <br />the public having access to such portion of the easement area where <br />trash barrels, receptacles or other similar facilities are unavailable, <br />to carry their refuse to a designated area for disposal.
