Grantee may enter upon the easement area for the purpose of <br />inspection and enforcement of the terms and conditions of this Easement. <br />However, any inspection of the easement area to determine compliance <br />with the terms and conditions herein or applicable federal, state and <br />local laws, regulations and ordinances shall, where possible, be done at <br />a date and time mutually acceptable to Grantor, its successors and <br />assigns, and the Area Ranger. Agreement as to a muta11y acceptable date <br />and time shall not be unreasonably withheld. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />49 <br />/, <br />:, <br /> <br />Area Ranger Approval and Action: <br /> <br />Approval of an action requested by the Grantor, its successors or <br />assigns, shall be deemed to have been granted if the Area Ranger or any <br />other official or employee of the United States Department of Agricul- <br />ture has not responded to or acknowledged receipt of a written request <br />within 45 days from the date such request was received. <br /> <br />"i <br />r <br />,,} <br />l <br /> <br />Termination: <br /> <br />If at any time the United States Secretary of Agriculture, or his <br />duly authorized representative, determines that this easement or any <br />part herein is no longer needed for the purposes granted, this' scenic <br />easement shall terminate.
