Grantee may enter upon the easement area for the purpose of <br />inspection and enforcement of the terms and conditions of this Easement. <br />However, any inspection of the easement area to determine compliance <br />with the terms and conditions herein or applicable federal, state and <br />local laws, regulations and ordinances shall, where possible, be done at <br />a date and time mutually acceptable to Grantor, its successors and <br />assigns, and the Area Ranger.
