It will maintain <br /> <br />liaison with the Policy Group centered in Washington. When <br /> <br />appropriate, problems will be resolved between the Management <br /> <br />Group and the Advisory Committee without referral to the Policy <br /> <br />Group. <br /> <br />The committee has broad representation in the fields of <br /> <br />natural resources, with representatives having direct ties to <br /> <br />the 11 Western States. Meetings of the Advisory Committee, <br /> <br />chaired by the Assistant Commissioner for Resource Planning, ' <br /> <br />Bureau of Rectamation, will be held as often as necessary to <br /> <br />obtain views on policy and management matters. Open lines. of <br /> <br />communication with the Assistant Commissioner of'Reclamation <br /> <br />will be maintained on all matters relating to portey and. the <br /> <br />conduct of the study. <br /> <br />The Management Group (See Exhibit 3) is, responsi'ble' for the <br /> <br />overall management and. coordina,tion of the' study.
