South Platte Water Rights Management System

Sheet. The only difference between the Water Information Sheet and the Checksheet
formulas is that references on the Checksheet take the form Rxx. where xx is the row
number of the value to be used in the formula. Formula values are not stored in the
database, but are calculated every time the checksheet is created.

5. Cumulative: a formula row that is stored in the database so its values can be
accessed. This row is exactly the same as a fannula row except that the computed
value is saved in the database when the user saves the Checksheet. Cumulative rows
have an additional argument-the row ID -which identifies the row in the database.
The saved values are referenced by rows of type carryover, which get values from the
previous day, or column.

6. Carryo'Ver: a row which gets the value from a cumulative row of the previous day.
this type of row takes three arguments: the indention level. the row ID of the carry-
over row from which yesterday's value is fetched, and the quoted text string which is
displayed as the row title on the Checksheet. If no value is present for the referenced
carryover row, this value defaults to zero.

Example:

locator 0
string 0 "UPSTREAM ADMIN ACCTS"
flow 1 1 "Antero"
flow 1 2 "Eleven Mile"
flow 1 3 "Cheesman"
formula 0 "Tot Admin Accounts" R3 R4 + R5 +
string 0
string 0 "UPSTREAM NAT FLOW"
flow 1 4 "Cheesman Natural"
flow 1 5 "Grant Gauge"
flow 1 6 "Roberts Tunnel"
formula 0 "Tot Upstream Natural" R9 RIO + Rll -
string 0 " "
locator 0
string 0 "CHATFIELD RELEASE"
formula 0 "Required Release" R21 R31 + R40 + R52 - R61 -
flow 1 39 "Fish Hatchery"
flow 1 40 "CF Ditches Delivery"
formula 0 "Required Outlet ReI" R64 R65 - R66 -
flow 1 41 "Actual Outlet Rel"
string 0 " "
string 0 "CF ADMIN ACCOUNT"
carryover 1 42 "Carryover"
formula 0 "Checksheet" R67 R68 - 2 *
cumulative 0 42 "Cumulative" R71 R72 +
string 0 " "
string 0 "TOT SYSTEM ACCOUNT"
carryover 1 45 "Carryover"
formula 0 "CUrrentU R6 R72 +
cumulative 0 45 "Cumulative" R76 R77 +

10

Administrators Manual
