Modified StateMod Program to consider upstream and downstream terminus of instream flows, <br />2, Modified Phase II input data sets to reflect dual terminus treatment of instream flows. <br />3, Two model executions, and two big picture plots comparing the average annual diversions between <br />the Phase II output and the modified model output. <br />4. Draft memo <br />5. Final memo documenting the modification of THE StateMod input files to represent upstreanl and <br />downstream tenninus and tlle comparison of the Phase II and modified model output. <br /> <br />Task 2.02 <br /> <br />Map Preparation <br /> <br />Objective: Prepare an electronic and hard copy map of irrigated lands, headgates, hydrology, and <br />baseflow nodes, differentiating between that modeled in Phase II and remaining to be modeled in Phase <br />III. This map will be a useful aid in spatial aggregation of diversion structures, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Approach: <br />\. STATE: IdentifY diversions in the White River Basin which are tied to irrigated land but have no <br />location, Define locations for these headgates. Update the CRDSS Arclnfo formatted file of <br />"Diversions" to include these structures. <br />2. ' STATE: ModifY StateMod to allow reports providing a list of structures (wdid) modeled in a given <br />simulation, Run this option with the Phase II White River ,dds file, <br />3. RTlWR: Define locations for all baseflow nodes contained in the Phase II White River Basin <br />Model. Prepare a location file for these suitable for import into an ArcView file. <br />4, RTIGIS: Set up a project in ArcView (SGI version) with the following elements: <br />- River Basins (with White River Basin differentiated by color from other basins) <br />- 500K hydrology <br />- The table of Phase II modeled structures created above should be imported into the project <br />file. <br />- Irrigated lands for the White River Basin (showing only cropland (types 1-9) with irrigation <br />flag). The irrigated land table should be joined to table of Phase II modeled irrigation <br />structures, and used to color differentiate Phase II lands from other lands, <br />- "Diversions" (this table should be joined to the irrigated land table so as to only plot those <br />structures tied to irrigated lands and joined to the table of Phase II modeled irrigation <br />structures to allow one to color differentiate Phase II diversions from other lands.) <br />- The location table of Phase II base flow nodes created by the State should be imported into <br />Arc View and used to plot these locations. <br />This project file and any associated files should be placed on cando at the conclusion of this <br />task, <br />Prepare a Arc View layout of the above map layers.
