Assumption: With the Phase IlIa model, it may be difficult to achieve the level of agreement between simulated and historical parameter values that was observed with the Phase II model. Although calibration may not be improved by enhancing the model, the additional detail is beneficial for non- calibration reasons. Phase II scenario outputs for the calculated and historical data sets will be available to Boyle.
