The memo will include the following: <br />· Detailed list of reservoirs modeled in Phase II <br />· Detailed list of reservoirs to be aggregated and modeled in Phase IIla. <br />· Description of the geographical areas represented by the aggregation. <br />· Description of the stock pond analysis. <br />· Location and capacities of aggregated reservoir structures <br />· Description of the approach to assign water rights based on Task 3.05 results. <br />· Description of the development of the aggregated area-capacity curve and selection of <br />evaporation <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />1. STATE: List of reservoirs modeled in Phase II and list of reservoirs to be aggregated and modeled <br />in Phase IIla. <br />2. STATE: Summary of stock pond capacities. <br />3. STATE: Determined locations of no more than four aggregated reservoirs and four aggregated <br />stock pond nodes. <br />4. STATE: Briefing to Boyle of aggregation process. <br />5. STATE: Modified StateMod input files (*.ope, *.tar, and *.eom). <br />6. STATE: Task Memorandum 3.11 describing the results of this Task. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Task 3.12 Review Phase II Instream Flows <br /> <br />Objective: Review Phase II instream flow rights and recommend refinements. <br /> <br />Prerequisite: None, <br /> <br />Assumption: Instreanl flow rights on the main stem and tributaries modeled in Phase II are included in <br />the Phase II model. <br /> <br />Approach: <br />I. Boyle: Review the instream flow structures, rights and demands modeled in Phase II. Identify <br />upstream and downstream reach locations necessary to model instream flows as a reach in Phase <br />IIla rather than a series of discrete points modeled in Phase II. No new instream flows are expected <br />to be added in this Task. <br />2.
