Task 2.16 Prepare Final Documentation Objective: Prepare a final engineering report in hard copy, which, when approved will be loaded onto the CROSS system for On-Line access, Assumptions: The formal and final engineering report will use as a base the draft chapters prepared by the State for the data preparation Tasks, It is assumed that the Phase II data preparation chapters will be left intact and supplemented by the Phase III aggregation concept. The calibration section of the final report will involve the full replacement of the associated sections in the Phase II reports with Phase 1II methodology and results. No On-Line presentation of engineering notes is required. On-Line presentation of the formal engineering report will not be required until that written product is approved by the State. .
