403 - Fab. TQr Lining - (Low Line Canal)

This is cotton fabric tre~ted in two types (#1 & #2) of coal tar
cutback which has be8n heated, The fabric is trc~ted in #1 cutback, then
allowed to absorb this, or dry, for about 16 to 20 hours, then treated in
#2 cutback and laid across the ditch and covered with 2 inches of gr'.:vel,
This year 417 f€et of this lining was placed making a total of 553 feet or
2212 sq. yds.
