Final SPDSS Alternative Section with State and Advisory Committee comments. <br /> <br />Task 6 - Proposed Alternative Section <br /> <br />Responsibility: Contractor <br /> <br />Objective: Develop and fully evaluate one (1) proposed SPDSS alternative in consultation <br />with the State and SPDSS Advisory Committee. <br /> <br />Approach: <br />1. Preliminary Proposed Alternative: Fine-tune one of the three alternatives developed <br />previously into a preliminary proposed alternative. Provide to the State and Advisory <br />Committee for comment. <br />2. Draft Proposed Alternative Section: Include State and Advisory Committee <br />comments into a draft Proposed Alternative Section. Develop a Scope of Work to <br />develop the proposed alternative with a level of detail that is similar to this scope and <br />adequate to provide an accurate cost estimate. Develop a cost estimate that includes <br />consideration of contractor fees, hardware and software needs and State management <br />costs. Develop a schedule that includes a phased development with key milestones. <br />3. Final Proposed Alternative Section: Include State and Advisory Committee <br />comments into a final Proposed Alternative Section. <br /> <br />Deliverable: <br />1. Preliminary Proposed Alternative. <br />2. Draft Proposed Alternative Section. <br />3. Final Proposed Alternative Section with State and Advisory Committee comment. <br /> <br />Task 7 - Report <br /> <br />Responsibility: Contractor <br /> <br />Objective: Incorporate previous task deliverables into a final report. <br /> <br />Approach: <br />l. Draft Report: Review and consolidate the previous Task deliverables into a Draft <br />SPDSS Feasibility Report. Incorporate detailed information required for project <br />backup into appendices. The type of data expected to be included in the appendices <br />includes but is not limited to meeting minutes, comment sheets, data assessment <br />tables, etc. Provide 50 copies of the report and Appendices and one copy in Microsoft <br />Word format. <br />2. Final Report: Include State and Advisory Committee comments into a final SPDSS <br />Feasibility Report. Provide 50 copies of the report and Appendices and one copy in <br />Microsoft Word format. <br /> <br />Deliverable: <br />l.
