The recommended alternative, partial reservoir seepage <br />blanket will consist generally of the following tasks: <br /> <br />1. Site Grading <br />2. Riprap Removal and Replacement <br />3. Bedding Fill <br />4. GCL Installation <br />5. Cover Fill <br /> <br />The following presents details of each of the steps. A site plan is shown on Figure 7-1 <br />and a cross-section is shown on Figlire ~7-2. __. <br /> <br />7.5.2 Site Grading <br /> <br />Site preparation will consist of excavating existing blanket soils and grading to 3: 1 slopes <br />or flatter in the portion of the reservoir to be lined as shown in Figure 7-1. The soil will <br />be stockpiled for later use in the project. Embankment materials will be left <br />undisturbed. <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />'~--'--"'" <br /> <br />7.5.3 Riprap Reiiioval/Replacement <br /> <br />Riprap'will be, removed from the area along the perimeter of the upstream face of the <br />embankmenL\Vnereit meets the portion of the reservoir floor to be lined.
