The GCL will be installed with an anchor trench
located along the perimeter of liner area. The GCL will consist of a layer of high
quality bentonite sandwiched between and integrally connected to two geotextile layers.
The geotextile layers will minimize the potential for migration of the bentonite into the
foundation or the cover fill. The bentonite will act as a seepage'barrier to minimize flow
into the foundation bedrock and reduce the potential for sinkhole development beneath
the liner.

7.5.6 Cover Fill

After liner placement is complete, the entire liner system will be covered with a
minimum soil thickness of one foot:

----.'-

7.5.7 Instrumentation

There are currently monitoring wells installed in the embankment and the foundation
from previous studies.
