<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />37-46-101 et. seq. as amended, it is hereby declared to be <br />necessary that there be created an Executive Committee of said <br />Board, the members of which, for all purposes, shall be considered <br />to be and shall be appointees and employees of the District. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 - Creation. <br /> <br />There is created an Executive Committee, consisting of six (6) <br />persons, all of whom shall be members of the Board of Directors, <br />in the following manner: <br /> <br />(a) The President shall be, ex-officio, a member <br />and president or chairman of said Executive <br />committee, and, as such, shall be the Executive <br />Committee member from the area in which he <br />resides. <br /> <br />(b) One member shall be selected from the Board of <br />Directors of the District from an area <br />comprised of Gunnison, Saguache and Hinsdale <br />Counties. <br /> <br />(c) One member shall be selected from the members <br />of the Board of Directors of the District from <br />an area comprised of Montrose, Ouray and Delta <br />Counties. <br /> <br />One member shall be the member <br />Directors of the District <br />comprised of Mesa County. <br /> <br />(e) One member shall be selected from the members <br />of the Board of Directors of the District from <br />Rio Blanco, Moffat and Routt Counties. <br /> <br />of the Board of <br />from an area <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />(f) One member shall be selected from the members <br />of the Board of Directors of the District from <br />an area comprised of Garfield and Pitkin <br />Counties. <br /> <br />(g) One member shall be selected from the members <br />of the Board of Directors of the District from <br />an area comprised of Grand, Summit and Eagle <br />Counties. <br /> <br />SECTION 3 - Selection of Members of the Executive Committee. <br /> <br />Each member of the Executive Committee shall be selected by <br />the Directors from the area which comprises the counties from which <br />he serves as such Executive Committee member. Appointment and <br />selection of members of the Executive Committee shall be made at <br />the regular January meeting of the Board of Directors in each year. <br />
