<br />Reservoir subsequent to the enforcement and collection of the sum <br />then due and owinq from Denver to the River District. <br />d. To relet the Reservoir or any part thereof for any <br />term without terminating this Lease at such rent and on such terms <br />as it may be able to negotiate in which event Denver shall be liable <br />to the River District for the difference between the rent received <br />br the River District under any new lease agreement and the payments <br />that are due under this Lease Agreement, together with interest 'at <br />the statutory rate and reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred <br />br the District in enforcement hereof., <br />19.
