Don <br />Getlllan agreed with Mr. Andrews. . <br /> <br />Richard Behrmann reiterated that the Board just wants to stop <br />the waste of free water, but it has t.o be equal for all <br />stockholders. He also mentioned that this is not a money-getter <br />for the Ditch Co. There are onlY a fAW abusers in thQ system, but <br />those abusers need to be curtailed, <br />
