Actual construction of the pipeline from Carter <br />Lake to Broomfield will begin i~ January of 1994, to bQ completed <br />during the first part of 1995. Also mentioned that there is 4500 <br />AF of Windy Gap water in the rent~l pool available at $~5.00 per <br />AF. <br /> <br />There was a forty-five minute r~cess for lunch. <br /> <br />After lunch, spillway discussion resumed. A question was <br />raised by Susan Kinney Tolhurst ~s to what the Doard felt suould be <br />done. All Board members felt the rolling compacted concrete was <br />the !:lest option available. I.. of tne project, b1.lt adequate s;!curity is needed. <br />Interest rates on the loans through the Colorado Water Board run as <br />low a,. J% depending on tne length of the loan. <br /> <br />Oiscussion on the assesSll\ent rate needed for the spillway <br />project. Leroy Schlagel, president of the Left Rand Water <br />Dl~trict, aSked it paying up front the $32.00 per share would help, <br />and if so, would that money go for future assessments? <br />
