<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Task 6 - Division Meetings/Ground Truth Review Support <br /> <br />The contractor will develop a document to provide step-by-step instruction to water commission <br />staff for check plot review and mark-up. The project team will also meet with each <br />commissioner and staff to provide training and offer start-up support. <br /> <br />Deliverable to State: <br />Water Commission Quality Control Instruction Document <br /> <br />Task 7 - Revise Coverage's from DWR QC <br /> <br />The contractor will use the information provided by the water commissioners to review polygon <br />boundaries and ground truthing to update the 2000 Irrigated Acreage coverage. Using red line <br />corrections and annotations from the check plots, the 2000 Irrigated Acreage coverage will be <br />updated with line work changes, the crop type, and irrigation status information. This data will <br />then be converted to GRID coverage's for use in capturing training samples for the <br />classification process. <br /> <br />Deliverables to Contractor: <br />Marked up check plots from the Divisions Engineer's. <br /> <br />Deliverable to State: <br />Marked up check plots when finished by contractor. <br /> <br />Work Product by Contractor: <br />New Fields and Irrigation Structures (added/reshaped/split) Coverages - As <br />created from the 2000 DOQQ's. Coverages will have the final edited field <br />polygons, with crop type and irrigated acreage status attributeded for each <br />polygon. SSI will use this information in Task 16. <br /> <br />SSI Data Review <br /> <br />The 2000 Irrigated Acreage coverage will be checked for topology, extraneous temporary files <br />in the INFO directory, and correct coverage parameters <br /> <br />Task 8 - Ground Truth Training Sample and Accuracy Assessment Selection <br /> <br />The contractor will use the revised field polygon coverage's with crop type and irrigation status <br />attributes to prepare training sample and accuracy assessment sites.
