The reason-what we want to do is to substitute for Durkee and Hawkeye the Farmers Pawnee Canal Company and for Hawkeye it would be Boulder and Left Hand project. The two you heard previously both need feasibility studies, this would be an excellent opportunity to- we don't need it for the Durkee Ditch and Hawkeye Lateral Ditch, both were done in house by staff. So, if we could have maybe a motion to substitute those, 1 think that wOldd help us. Wells: That's in _legislation?
