Page 19 and the letter referred to above addresses <br />prepayment. <br /> <br />The District believes that it qualifies as an enterprise. We are enclosing herewith a <br />page from our audit (of which Bill Greene has a copy), that addresses this issue. <br /> <br />If you decide to incorporate this loan of $2,000,000 with the existing Stagecoach <br />loan, this would be fine with us. It might simplify the collateral requirements. If you <br />decide to do this we would be willing to shorten the terms so that the combined <br />loan would mature in the year 2017 instead of the present maturity date of 2027. <br /> <br />If the new loan is to stand on its own feet. a 20 year term would be OK, the collateral <br />to be worked out. <br /> <br />Hopefully you can start working on a draft of this agreement. We are anxious to pay <br />off this loan. Please call me when you have questions.
