The present outstanding balance of this loan as of 31 December 1996, was <br />$3,107,973. Our target date for payoff is 15 June 1997. We need to know what the <br />accrued interest would be as of that date on the remaining balance. <br /> <br />We assume, after talking with Mr. Stuver early in March, that the conditions pertaining to <br />the loan will be terminated.
