<br />5, When the CWMP report is complete and in final draft form, the Consultant shall make an oral
<br />presentation to the EPCWA and provide (ten days before the scheduled oral presentation) 15
<br />copies of the draft report for review. The EPCWA shall retum their written comments on the
<br />report draft to the Consultant within twenty-fNe (25) calendar days, The EPCWA's comments
<br />shall then be verbally addressed at the next EPCWA meeting, and the agreed corrections
<br />made, with the final report due at the following EPCWA meeting, or 60 days following the
<br />presentation of the draft, For Phase 8, a final presentation of the CWMP will be made to the EI
<br />Paso County Board of Commissioners,

<br />D, RFP PURPOSE
<br />
<br />The EI Paso County Water Authority (EPCWA) and EI Paso County, Colorado (the County) are
<br />seeking proposals from qualified firms to complete the preparation of the County Water Master
<br />Plan (CWMP), The purpose of this RFP is to contract with one or more qualified, experienced
<br />Consultants to complete the County Water Master Plan. The County reserves the right to award
<br />one, multiple, or nO contracts from the proposals submitted,

<br />those firms attending this conference will be considered for award of contract.

<br />G, INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

<br />For proposal purposes, proposers must submit copies of certificates of insurance for professional
<br />and general liability as well as workers' compensation, The successful firm(s) must provide
<br />original certificates prior to commencing services, at its own expense, naming EI Paso County as
<br />additional insured, with a thirty (30) day notice of cancellation, and maintain such coverage for the
<br />duration of the contract.
