This task will result in an Inception <br />Report having'the input and approval of the CWCB whiCh will be the detailed <br />proforma for the study. <br />It is contemplated that much of the basic data acquisition and the fie~d <br />investigations wilt be accomplished simultaneously' for both Steps One and TWl?' <br />Therefore, Step One of the study as outlined in the RFP will not be entirely <br />completed before Step Two of the study is initiated. <br />Since the requested effort is to be a limited feasibility study, our approach <br />will be to use all existing valid data to the maximum' extent possible.
