This contract was drafted on a <br />CWCB form. As soon as I receive the signed original contract <br />and minutes of the meeting where the contracts were authorized. <br />I will forward those to your office. <br /> <br />Finally. in our conversation of March 29, I informed you <br />that we are currently negotiating for the actual tank site from <br />the current owner. In the event these negotiations are unsuc- <br />cessful, we may need to condemn the necessary property. As we <br />discussed, we will take no final action either in the form of an <br />offer to purchase or commencement of condemnation proceedings <br />until we have received written authorization to do so from you <br />so as not to jeopardize the matching fund qualification. <br /> <br />Please keep me advised as to the progress of the funding on <br />this project, as the Town is most anxious to move forward as <br />soon as possible.
