It is in the interest of the District, and will serve the <br />public health, safety, convenience and. welfare, to resolve any <br />doubt regarding the terms of office currently held by Directors <br />Felix F. Gallegos, H. LaMont Morgan, Stanley Garcia, Boyd A. Brady <br />and Michael J. Willett, and regarding the authority of these <br />Directors to act on behalf of the District. <br />7. Felix F. Gallegos, H. LaMont Morgan, Stanley Garcia, <br />Boyd A. Brady and Michael J. Willett are residents of the County of <br />Conejos, own property within the District, are well qualified to <br />serve, and should be apnointed as Directors of the District for the <br />respective terms hereafter set forth. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the 'following named persons <br />should be, and are hereby appointed to serve as Directors of the <br />Conejos Water Conservancy District to represent the Division within <br />the.Conejos Water Conservancy District, for the terms which are set <br />to expire on the dates opposite their resoective names, or until <br />their successors shall ne appointed and duly qualified: <br />Director <br />Division 1 <br />Felix F.
