Gallegos (Division 1) and H. LaMont Morgan (Division 3) expired on September 30; 1989, that the terms of Directors Stanley Garcia (Division l) and .Boyd A. Brady (Division 2) expired on September 30, 1990 and the term of Director Michael J. Willett (Division 3) expired on September 30, 1992, and appointments should be made in accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes, 537-45-114(1)(b), C.R.S., hereby finds as follows: 1. By order of the Court dated October 9, 1985, Felix F. Gallegos and H. LaMOnt Morgan were appointed to serve as Directors of the Conejos Water Conser�ancy District for a term set to expire on September 30, 1989 or on the date their successors are appointed and duly qualified. 2. By order of the Court dated March 22, 1988, Stanley Garcia was appointed as a Director of the Conejos Water Conservancy District to replace Clarence H. Quinlan for the remainder of a term set to expire on September 30, 1990, or on the date his successor is appointed and duly qualified. 3. By order of the Court dated April 13, 1989, Boyd A. Brady was appointed as a Director of the Conejos Water Conservancy District to replace Cletus M. Gilleland for the remainder of a term set to expire on September 20, 1990, or on the date his successor is appointed and duly qualified. 4. By order of the Court dated March 30, 1990, Michael J. Willett was appointed as a Director of the Conejos Water Conservancy District to replace Solomon Martinez for the remainder of a.term set to expire on September 30, 1992, or on the date his successor is appointed and duly qualified. 5. Directors Felix F. Gallegos, H. LaMont Morgan, Stanley Garcia, Boyd A. Brady and Michael J. Willett have continued in office as Directors of the Conejos Water Conservancy District beyond the.expiration dates of their respective appointed terms without orders of the court for reappointment. No successors have been appointed or duly qualified.
