Land Classification, as stated in the CWCB Guidelines <br />- 1978 "Presently irrigated lands to be served by the <br />project usually need not be classified." <br />Classification of lands will not be a part of the <br />report. <br /> <br />b. Service Area Map ~ A service area map will be <br />developed based upon data provided by the Owner. Land <br />classifications will not be delineated. <br /> <br />c. Land Use - <br /> <br />1. Present - Data provided by the Owner concerning <br />net acreage in agricultural, municipal, and <br />industrial uses will be incorporated into the <br />report. <br /> <br />2. Future - Data provided by the Owner concerning <br />conversion from agricultural to municipal or <br />industrial uses during a loan repayment period <br />will be incorporated into the report. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Land Ownership <br /> <br />Data provided by the Owner showing number of <br />ownerships of public and private lands will be <br />incorporated into the report. <br /> <br />Chapter IV - Water <br /> <br />a. . Water Requirements - As provided by the Owner, a <br />tabulation of each member's rights to the water will <br />be incorporated into the report. <br /> <br />b. Surface Water Supply <br /> <br />1. Diversion records as provided by the Owner will <br />be incorporated into the report. <br /> <br />2. No recreational, fish or wildlife benefits will <br />be claimed, therefore no storage study will be <br />undertaken. <br /> <br />3. No analysis of daily water production, maximum <br />supply rate, peak consumption, required fire flow <br />or minimum storage requirement will be included <br />in the report. <br /> <br />c. Ground Water Supply - This is not applicable to the <br />project and will not be covered by the report. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
