Project is Operational Tarqet Comoletion Date 7/01/97 7/15/97 8/01/97 9/15/97 9/30/97 Social, Economic, and Physical Impacts The project will have no significant social impacts. The project will have a positive economic impact by providing additional irrigation water for 227 acres. Shareholders in the CLDC will have enough water in low water years to adequately irrigate their crops. The project will have no significant physical impacts once construction is complete. The pipelines will be below grade and not visible, except for air vents and control structures. Permitting . All easements and rights of way have been arranged for. The CLDC has approval from the county to install the buried pipelines under county road 326. The CLDC has approval from the Multa Trina Ditch Company to construct a new headgate structure on the ditch near the point it crosses county road 326. Financial Plan Total cost of the project is $80,000. $60,000 will come from a loan with the Colorado Water Conservation Board, and the remainder from the project sponsor, CLDC. There are no other cost-share partners available to assist with the project's cost at this time. Additional monies needed will be provided by the project sponsor shareholders, on a pro-rate basis. The CWCB Loan Application, the CWCB Memorandum of Loan Approval, and the CWCB Approval Letter are found in Appendix E. The CLDC is a new corporation and has no debts.
