Records obtained from Federal agencies
will be used to determine stream flows. An index of water rights
listing amounts and priorities will be listed as well as calculations
as to the most probable yield. In each of the alternates a complete
analysis will be presented regarding availability of water, both
theoretical and existing, chemical and physical character of the
water including color, odor, biocides, etc., as well as physical
objects such as diversion structures and transport system.

Estimated Cost for Chapter IV:

Principal Engineer: 5 hours @ $28
Technician: 35 hours @ $20
Draftsman: 4 hours @ $15
Secretary: 10 hours @ $6
Mileage: 286 miles @ $0.20
Consultants & Laboratory:
lump sum @ $200

Total

= $ 140.00
= 700.00
= 60.00
= 60.00
= 57.20
= 200.00
$1,217.20

Chapter V: In Chapter V we will present the physical aspects of the
project showing existing and proposed facilities.
