KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, we, the undersigned all of whom are residents of
the State of Colorado have associated ourselves together for the
purpose of forming a body corporate and politic not for pecuniary
profit, but solely for the mutual benefit and assistance of its
members, under the provisions of the "Colorado Nonprofit COTpor~
at ion Actll, Article 24, Chapter 31, Colorado Revised Statutes
1963 (Supp, 1967) as amended, and hereby make, execute and
acknowledge this certificate in writing of our intentions so as to
become a body corporate and' politic, under and by virtue of said
statute.
