Responses to questions will be faxed to consultants whose names, addresses and fax numbers are on
file for this Request for Qualifications with Jim Sharp.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Data Identification and Analvsis, The consultant must provide an engineering report (hard copy as well
as in electronic form) that includes the following:

a. A 9Rel--<Jescription of the Snowmass Creek water rights administration, including relevant call
records (in the Roaring Fork River and/or Colorado River) that may impact water availability
for the Snowmass Divide Ditch, Current call records and water rights tabulation may be
obtained from the Colorado Division of Water Resources (DWR),

b. A llfief description of the subject water right that The Conservation Fund has donated to the
Colorado Water Conservation Board ("donated righF) under the donation agreement of
January 12, 1998, Copy of the donation agreement is available at the CWCB.

c. A map and/or a straight-line diagram of the relevant water rights on Snowmass Creek and the
Roaring Fork River. Reference diagrams/maps may be obtained from the DWR, Division
Engineer's Office in Glenwood Springs.

d. A map, delineating the parcel(s) historically irrigated under the Snowmass Divide Ditch for the
period of 1975 - present. This map should be based on aerial photography and/or site
inspection.

e. A description of historical water availability and water use for the Snowmass Divide Ditch
donated right. This shall include analysis of water supply/water demand, historic
consumptive use, depletion and return flow patterns relative to water supply, irrigated
acreage, and any other relevant information.

f. A description and analysis of the vested water rights that may be affected by this change of
use, including proposed terms and conditjons to prevent injury to other vested water rights.

g. Any other relevant documents that the consultant foresees necessary for the success of this
project.

h. A copy of all relevant data, spreadsheets, models, graphs, maps in electronic form.
