Bachelor degree, Masters degree or Ph.D, in civil engineering, agricultural engineering, water <br />resources, or closely related field. <br />. Minimum of 10 years experience with civil/water resources engineering. <br />. Lead technical staN person possessing a minimum of ten (10) years experience in water <br />resource engineering. <br />. Lead technical staN person must possess a degree in civil engineering or agricultural <br />engineering and must be a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado. <br /> <br />Proposer's Organization <br />. Provide the full name and address of the organization and, if applicable, the branch or other <br />subordinate units or divisions that will perform or assist in performing the work. <br />. Provide an overview of the history, philosophy, and success of the organization. <br />. Provide an organization chart of individuals performing services. <br /> <br />Reference/Experience <br /> <br />. Provide three references, including contact name and a current telephone number to verify <br />experience and client satisfaction. <br />. Provide a documentation of experience with similar projects. Include company name, point of <br />contact, phone number and brief project description. <br />. Provide documentation to verify that a minimum of 1 similar project was completed by the <br />proposer, or key personnel on the consultant's project team, and accepted by the sponsoring <br />entity. <br /> <br />Project Team <br /> <br />. Provide resumes for all proposed team members, including any subconsultanats. <br />. Firms capabilities <br /> <br />Past performance and project management <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. Provide experience in the water rights application process. <br />. Provide prior water rights engineering experience. <br />. Provide experience for technical support for negotiations with objectors. <br />. Provide experience as an expert witness in water court. <br />. Provide descriptions of at least 4 completed projects that are related to this type of project, <br />but not necessarily equivalent to the requested work. <br /> <br />Approach <br /> <br />. A brief description explaining your approach to preparing the report not to exceed 3 pages. <br /> <br />Evaluation <br /> <br />Qualification statements will be reviewed and scored based on the following criteria: <br /> <br />Project team, qualifications and experience, firm capabilities, past performance and project <br />management. <br /> <br />.':....... -:',_.... <br />
