Taskt Study Report
Objective:
A study report is the formal documentation of the results and conclusions of all tasks performed for the study,

Methodology:
1, lncorporate the task memorandums into CWCB report format The stody will be prepared in accordance
with Appen.dix C of the Guidelines for Financial Assistance through the Colorado Water Conservation
Board Construction Fund,

Products:
1. The results of the alternative evaluation will be described and displayed in such a manner that the
differences between alternatives will be apparent.
2, The report will include a comparative evaluation which compares each alternative will all of the other
proposed alternatives,
3, The report will include conclusions and recommendations based upon the evaluation and comparison of
alternatives. The report will identi1Y a recommended alternative and will identilY the need for any further
investigations,

Task 8 - Coordination Meetings
Objective:
Close and continuous coordination with the project sponsors is required to assure that the project goals are being
achieved, Continuous coordination will be accomplished through discussions, monthly meetings and project
documentation,
