The alternative matrix will be reduced to system alternatives, The six evaluation factors used by the <br />CWCB will be used which include the following: <br />a, description of project outputs or yields; <br />b, project costs including capital costs, annual costs and cost per unit of output; <br />c, impacts on the man-made environment, the natural environment, and existing social structure; <br />d, the ~cial feasibility of the proposed project as measured by the project sponsor's ability to <br />repay all reimbursable costs; <br />e, institutional requirements for project implementation; and <br />f. any special technical problems which shonld be taken into consideration, <br /> <br />Products: , 2 <br />I.
