<br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />5.0 PROJECT TEAM <br /> <br />5.1 Greenhorne & O't1ara, Inc. <br /> <br />Greenhorne & O'r1ara, Inc. will serve as the prime contractor for this project. <br />Each project undertaken by Greenhorne & O'r1ara is supervised by a senior-level <br />engineer with many years experience in similar projects. For this project, Penn <br />Gildersleeve will serve as Project Manager. Mr. Gildersleeve will be responsible <br />for day-to-day management. He will supervise the project teams, provide <br />technical input and direction on each project task; and monitor the project's <br />progress, scheduling, and budget. He will maintain close contact with the Golder <br />Associates' team, as well as serving as the primary contact with the State <br />Engineer's office. In this capacity, Mr. Gildersleeve will coordinate with <br />Golder on the geotechnical designs, and will have overall civil design quality <br />responsibilities. <br /> <br />r1r. Gil ders 1 eeve has 12 yea rs of engi neeri ng experi ence in the wa ter resource <br />field, including design and construction management of major dams and appurtenant <br />facilities. He was the design coordinator for the $14 milli;n Wildcat Dam and <br />Riverside Canal Location, and was a design engineer for embankments and <br />appurtenant structures for Holly Dam and Niver Dam in the Denver metropol itan <br />Area, and for the Joe Wright Dam at the headwaters of the Cache La poudre River. <br />He was the resident engineer for Englewood Dam in Arapahoe County and fOr <br />Loveland Dam in the City of Loveland, as well as for several other major projects <br />including the South Platte River Improvement Project in Denver. <br /> <br />Assisting Mr. Gildersleeve in preparation of the hydrology, flood routing, hazard <br />rating, and incremental damage analysis will be Douglas Williams. Mr. Williams <br />has 7 years of experience in water resources analysis. He recently completed an <br />evaluation of the flood on the Colorado River in Grand Junction. This study <br />evaluated floodplains and identified improvement systems to limit flood damage <br />potential. He completed a regional hydrologic analysis for the Upper Blue River <br />Basin in Summit County, which included a frequency analysis of gaging station <br />data and development of regression equations to apply data throughout the basin. <br />
