If because of access problems, unantic~pated drilling <br />conditions, weather, or the field program takes longer than <br />anticipated, then our costs would increase proportionately. We <br />will notify you in advance of this occurring and would not exceed <br />our estimated charges without your prior approval. <br /> <br />We can begin the Phase I engineering study within one week after <br />receiving your notice to proceed. It is anticipated that the <br />project will be completed within 6 to 8 weeks from the start-up <br />date. <br />
