<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />7) Chapter VI - Estimate Costs <br /> <br />a) Costs of Construction - Golder and Greenhorne & O'Mara will disucss <br />each item under this section. <br /> <br />b) Fund Requirement Schedule - Victor will provide us with details of the <br />proposed project funding for construction of the rehabilitation <br />measures. <br /> <br />c) Operation, Maintenance, and Replacement Costs - A discussion of <br />anticipated OMR costs will be provided in the report by Golder and <br />Greenhorne & O'Mara. <br /> <br />d) Emergency Opera"ting Fund - Victor will supply information to us <br />regarding the establishment of an emergency operating fund, if <br />applicable. <br /> <br />8) Cha pter VII - Project Evaluation - Victor will be responsible for providing <br /> us with information to complete this section of the report. <br />9) Cha pter VIII - Financial Program - Victor will be responsible for providing <br /> us w1th information to complete this section of the report. <br /> <br />PART C - ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />It is our understanding that if no federal money will be used to fund this <br />project, an environmental assessment is not required. If Jederal funding is <br />involved, the project team would be able and willing to perform such a study. An <br />environmental assessment, however, is beyond the present scope of work for the <br />project. <br />
