If available, Victor will supply us with any <br />information concerning outflows from the reservoir,- both through <br />the principal and emergency spillways. <br /> <br />(2) Not applicable because the reservoir is not used for recreational <br />purposes. <br /> <br />(3) Victor will supply us with this information. <br /> <br />c) Groundwater Supply - Not applicable <br /> <br />d) Water Rights - Victor will be responsible for providing all information <br />concering water rights. <br /> <br />e) l.Jater Utilization - The information provided by Victor for the above- <br />referenced sections will be used to complete this section. Items (3) <br />and (4) are not applicable to the project. <br /> <br />f) Water Quality - Victor will provide all water quality information <br />required for Items 1, .3, and 4. Item (2) is not applicable for this <br />project. A discussion of sedimentation (Item 5) will be provided by <br />Greenhorne & O'r~ara ,even though actual sediment loads have probably <br />never been quantified. <br /> <br />6) Chapter V - Plan of Development <br /> <br />a) Physical Plan - Golder Associates will provide a discussion of the <br />physical plan and how it will be operated as a water supply system. <br />All other categories are not applicable to this project. <br /> <br />b) Geologic Investigation - Golder Associates will perform this task as <br />described in a previous section. <br /> <br />c) Design - Greenhorne & O'Mara will perform this task as described in our <br />original proposal. <br /> <br />d) Structure Plans - Golder and Greenhorne & O'Mara will perform this task <br />as described in our original proposal. <br /> <br />e) Drainage - No applicable to this project. <br /> <br />f) Sedimentation - A discussion of sedimentation will be provided by <br />Greenhorne & O'Hara. <br /> <br />g) Right-of-Hay - Victor will provide us with details concerning existing <br />right-of-\tay for the water supply pipeline for the reservoir to Victor. <br />
