The current

pump is a 15 HP REDA Hodel No. 610104-1104 submersible pump. Produc-

tion from the well is estimated at 150 gallons per minute by the town and

the pump discharges through a 3-inch pipe to the underground storage tank.

The pump discharge is unmetered. The well is capped and has a breather

pipe installed; however the concrete slab around the well casing has settled

and cracked. The well seal should be replaced and a new slab poured around

the well casing to prevent the entr~ce of surface water and possible

contamination of the well.

Wel1 No.4. Well No. 4 is located in the northeast part of town in

the southeast corner of Block 26. The well is equipped with a 10 HP Sta-Rite sub-

mersible pump.
