This schedule has been <br />prepared to reflect the permitting requirements, design considerations, and actual construction. It <br />is anticipated that the construction of subject pipeline will take approximately 8 to 12 months to <br />complete. This schedule is an idealized estimate of the time required to complete the subject <br />project. Depending upon the final design requirements and type and size of contractor selected for <br />this project this schedule may change significantly. It should be noted that there will be two major <br />projects underway during construction of this pipeline: Denver International Airport and E-470 <br />Highway. Due to the magnitude and duration of these projects, the cost and the availability of <br />construction materials as well as the sparsity of qualified contractors may cause unpredictable <br />changes in the estimated project construction cost and schedule. <br /> <br />41 <br />
