<br />11-2 <br /> <br />, <br />. <br /> <br />the town has begun a maintenance and improvement program to <br />systematically replace some of the older distribution lines in <br />Hotchkiss. The town is also in the process of Installing meters <br />for every tap. <br /> <br />There are approxim~tely 85 to 90 meters installed in the Hotchkiss <br />water system. Of these about 20 to 25 are out of town. In addition, <br />there is a master meter (and master agreement) for measuring all water <br />supplied by the Town to Hansen Mesa. <br /> <br />The town's water tap fees receipt book gives an indication of how <br /> <br /> <br />the system has grown.
