This approval was made contingent on completion of a financial <br />feasibility study and favorable staff evaluation of the Town's ability to repay the loan. <br /> <br />The purpose/scope of this Report involves the following: <br /> <br />. Integrate and summarize the conclusions of the previous master planning reports; <br /> <br />. Describe the project as presently proposed; <br /> <br />. Provide a financial plan and feasibility analysis, following CWCS guidelines and assuming <br />CWCS financing, as needed to finalize project funding and to determine the financial <br />impacts of the project on Morrison water users; and <br /> <br />.
