An intermediate reduced pressure zone should be created in order to increase <br />pressure to some areas in South Morrison, and to some new area adjacent to the <br />south. <br /> <br />INITIAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />Capital improvements identified by the Master Plan can be prioritized. Factors affecting <br />improvements timing include: <br /> <br />. Improve water quality and service reliability for existing customers <br />. Place Cooley Reservoir on-line <br />. Provide water for new development <br />. Availability of funds <br /> <br />A proposed initial CIP has been prioritized and estimated in Table IV-B.
