Floodways (spillways) I and 2 between the Higtiline <br />Canal and Petersen Ditch. <br /> <br />The Sedgwick-Sand Draws Watershed Conservancy District will assume <br />operation and maintenance responsibility for the following at an esti- <br />mated .cost of $8,500 annually: <br /> <br />1. Ten floodwater retarding structures and spillways. <br /> <br />2. Three grade stabil ization structures. <br /> <br />3.
